I dont know if they are really ignorant or they have some agreement with Microsoft !
Dont make the banking experience proprietary.
Please check if you are listed in Hall of Shame !

And respond to us once you don’t restrict people to use online banking features only through Internet Explorer.
My friend complained that ICICI Direct recommends usage of Internet Explorer.
Its the customer’s right to use any operating system & browser.
Web and HTTP is meant to be interoperable to all.
So please don’t generate web pages that are dependent on particular operating system or browser.Make it compliant with all browser.
It is ridiculous to use the browser or operating system that banks suggest.
Kudos to banks like State Bank of India & Axis Bank
kudos to Indian Railways too
